Gymnasts must pay their state's LEAD COACH directly,
         the lead coach will pay the NHSGA 

Gymnasts Entry Fee:    $175-Electronically-$185

Coach Entry Fee:    $150 -Electronically $160

Coach NHSGA Membership:  $40-Electronically $50
